REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items:

Please choose carefully as we are a small business and do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind. We also cannot accept returns for certain types of items. These include custom items, scents, or colours, and limited or discontinued items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

MISSING OR Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please get in touch with us ASAP. If missing items or damage may have occurred in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can lodge an investigation with the shipping company.

Please email bareboneshelp@gmail.com providing as much information and relevant photos as you can.

Wrong Address:

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund orders that are sent to the wrong location due to incorrect shipping information being provided.

Exchanges & Refunds:

Damaged in Transit
If your item was damaged during transit we will either refund or replace the damaged item depending on availability. For international orders, we do not offer replacements, only refunds.

Other Returns
If you are unsatisfied with the item and we approve a return, we will issue store credit. Once we receive your returned items, you will receive an email with a discount code or gift voucher code to use during checkout. The value will be the amount paid for the item minus any shipping fees you paid and it will have a 12-month expiry date.

How To Return:

Do NOT return any items without contacting us first. Please email bareboneshelp@gmail.com with as much information as possible. If you are approved for a return or refund, we will provide you with the next steps. You will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to us - unless the product is faulty.
